The Play Greater Podcast Is Back!

The Play Greater Podcast Returns with Episode #31!

The wait is finally over! We have been away for a long time — an extended hiatus that felt like an eternity — but the rumors are true: Greater Than Games is back, and the Play Greater Podcast has officially returned to your airwaves!

We aren’t just dipping our toes back in; we are jumping into the deep end with a brand-new episode that picks up exactly where we left off over a year ago. We just released Episode #31, and it is packed to the brim with everything happening in our "new normal."

LISTEN TO EPISODE #31 HERE!

What’s Inside This Exciting Return?

We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and Episode #31 covers the full scope of the Greater Than Games relaunch. Here’s a taste of what we’re hyped about:

  • A New Era for GTG: We talk about the relaunch of the studio, our incredible new team, and what the future looks like as we head toward Gen Con (find us at Booth #2856!)

  • New Games Incoming: Get the first word on Digital Detox and our wild collaboration with Mike and Matt Chapman (The Brothers Chaps of Homestar Runner fame) on Crime Scene Tamperer!

  • A Brand-New Digital Home: We have a fresh coat of paint and a new mission. Our new home is officially www.greaterthan.games. Make sure to update your bookmarks — we are "Greater Than Dot Games" from here on out!

  • Geeking Out: We even found time to spin the wheel, chat about the JoCo Cruise, and dive into some (spoiler-filled!) geeking out over Brandon Sanderson’s Stormlight Archive.

We Want to Hear From You!

This podcast has always been about the stories behind the games and the community that plays them. We’ve set up a brand-new submission form for your questions, design quandaries, and general nonsense. Send them our way!

A massive thank you to Trevor Casterline for the technical wizardry required to get us back on the air.

The studio is buzzing, the mics are hot, and the games are better than ever. It’s time to pick up where we left off.
